Absolutely exquisite figural bronze coffee table by C. Conndray. This coffee table is a perfect example of functional art. The two-piece coffee table features a male and female companion playfully engaging while they balance the large glass table top. The boy impresses his mate with an acrobatic back bend. He is perfectly poised to balance the glass table on his knee while he locks eyes with the young lady. The female figure is comfortable and elegant perched upon a pillow with a bow in her hair. She leans forward, perhaps flirting with the young man as she holds the glass top in her hands. Each figure can stand alone as a work of art.
The bronze sculptures are nearly life size! We updated this piece with a brand new glass top. The new, premium glass is a half inch thick with a one inch bevel and polished edge. The artist’s signature is present on the girl’s pillow, “C.Conndray.”
